Glass Studio

The glass beads used in my jewellery are individually hand crafted in my studio, using the ancient technique of lamp working. 

Rods of Italian effetre glass are melted in the flame and gradually worked around a steel mandrel to craft a molten glass bead.

All beads are then annealed in a kiln overnight to strengthen the glass before being combined with only the finest quality components - semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystal, silver and gold - in my unique and timeless jewellery designs.
